What is financial redress?

Redress means getting money back, or getting the work put right, when a business took payment and didn't deliver. Most consumer disputes are lost by people who were in the right. Pursuing one properly is a second job, and the business is counting on you not having the time.

We do that work instead. You get someone whose only job is to represent your side of it, and who answers to you rather than to the business, an industry body, or an insurer.

Why consumers trust us

  • We only answer to you1

Not to the business you're in dispute with, not to an industry body, and not to an insurer. Our incentives point one way, and that's the whole design.

  • Your documents stay private2

Contracts, invoices, and photos are stored encrypted and used only to pursue your advocacy file. We don't sell your information.

  • Straight answers, including no

We tell you when we don't think we can help, and what else you can do about it.

  • Licensed attorneys when you need one3

If your situation needs a lawyer, we say so and hand off. We don't take a referral fee either way.
