The gap we work in
A $12,000 roof that leaks is a serious amount of money to a household and a rounding error to a contingency-fee attorney. Small claims court caps out below it in most states. So people write it off, and businesses learn that they can let them.
Satisfyexists for that band. We handle the pursuit: the correspondence, the escalation, the persistence, so it isn't on you to do it in the evenings after work.
Whose side we're on
Almost everyone else involved in a consumer dispute is paid by somebody other than the consumer. A warranty administrator is paid by the contractor. An industry arbitration scheme is funded by the industry. A review site is paid by advertisers.
We're paid by you. That's the whole design, and it's why the fee structure matters more than any promise we could make about our intentions.
